I am not one to make crude comments but I am doing this as a fare warning to anyone intrested in moving to this complex. All of the reasons that backup my opinion of this place are true and unexadurated. DO NOT MOVE TO THIS COMPLEX!!

1. The staff (accept Rashon) are rude and unwilling to help you. Example of this: I locked myself out of my apartment and the leasing agent, when loaning me a key, forgot to take my ID. That is of course against their policy so she got threatened to be fired. She then proceeded to call me AT WORK and try to lay the blame on me for her getting fired. She still works there to this day. The district manager is also VERY RUDE!

2. The maintanence team not so good - My sink leaked for the first month of my lease. I put in 4 requests to get it fixed and finally a month later it was. Also I put in a request to get my blinds replaced right after I moved in and here we are a year later and the blinds still have two small holes in them. Also the gates that are there to protect us, are broken 60% of the time.

3. The tenants - When I first moved into this property it was nice, then not so nice people moved in all around me. One day I was outside and a car drove by flashing gang signs at me. Lovely huh' A few kids moved in around me and I had to call the office on multiple occasions for things like kids urinating on my window and one even kicking my car. On another occasion my car got broken into and there was even a big fight with about 20 people RIGHT BY MY APARTMENT IN THE PARKING LOT! Someone I know got knocked off of their skateboard while riding through the complex and was told to give them his watch. Nice huh'

All and all the quality of living at this complex IS NOT WORTH THE SMALL RENT CHECKS! Please please take my advise I would not bash someone or something unless I had a total need to. I am just trying to save everyone the hassle I had to go through for a year.

I know who you are and you needed to go. I think you are full of you know what. You had a lease like we all do. Should have read it huh? Why do only ugly people say such things. I read this and know it was my neighbor cause they told me some crap too that I knew was not true. Shame on you. The only thing you said right was that vasaun is great.

I am sorry you feel your experience was bad, but in comparison to mine, that was GOOD! Until you have waited two years for that leaking sink to get fixed, and had holes in your bathroom walls for three months when they DID finally come... that is nothing! Don't complain just because the office is busy and didn't have time to dote on you!

you didn't even get Vasean's name right. You really made yourself look bad in this horrible attempt to insult the complex. If it was so bad to live here why didn't you break your lease...

Your bad experience from this complex was probably brought upon yourself. Bad things or bad experiences happen to bad people. All I can say is Im glad you dont live by me. Because all my experiences have been good so far, and living close to you probably would have ruined that. Move out, but dont bad mouth the place because your so demanding. We dont need people like you living near us. "PEACE OUT"
