I have lived at Pavilion for years. I am so glad they kick the trash out. My neighbor was griping about a maintenance issue that they did not even report. How stupid is that. Every time I have a problem the office hits it fast and calls me back and everything.

People here are nice for the most part but I cant stand the trash that won't pay rent, leave their trash outside or play music too loud. This ain't no frat house people. The management does what they can. I heard from someone about this site and just wanted to see what it said. People who write in lies should be ashamed of their lies. It is not paradise but a great place to live and it saves me money. Go pavilion go.
