I refused to look at this place for the first 2 mos. of looking for an apt. because it was an older property. Finally, one day I went in to give it a chance. I looked at the floorplan, met the staff, and immediately fell in love with the place! The maintenance crew is awesome (quick response), the staff is hilarious and extremely caring and nice, the complex is like a family-friendly neighborhood. Even when I'd come home at 2 in the morning, I felt safe walking from my car to my apt. There may be a few high schoolers or college kids throwing parties on rare occasions but, they were kind enough to ask if they were too loud. The Pavilion is great!! I would recommend it to anyone.
