I have lived here for about 7 months. I thought this would be a great apartment of me. Boy was I wrong! For one thing I live by the pool and it is insane! I am trying to study right now and I can't becuase there are kids in the pool screaming, apparently their parents do not care that is it 10 o'clock on a SCHOOL night and they are out swimming and SCREAMING at the top of their lungs. I do not ever remember SCREAMING this loud when I was a kid just because I was swimming. Maybe other parts of the complex are not as noisy. They should charge less for an apartment that is located within hearing distance from the pool. Also, there are always drunk college kids in the pool at 3 and 4 in the morning. I have actually called the police twice because of the extremely loud music. The people in the office are not freiendly at all and don't even smile when you hand them your rent check. Another thing, they require a 60 notice to move-out which is not a problem if you remember that, but I am sure they have gotten a few people because of that stupid rule. The maintenance here is horrible! The maintenance crew is always hanging out by their supply room drinking coffee/smoking basically just not working and I know with these old apartments there is plenty for them to be doing. The apartements were built with poor craftsmanship and just all over this apartment complex is doing down hill. Especially, with all the young people that are moving in, they just don't take care of anything. I would not recommened this place to anyone! Seriously look at other apartment complexs before signing a lease here. Plus they were just sold to another management company that is not well known, that's never a good thing!
