They don't care about their tenants

The former management company and staff were wonderful and really seemed to care about the concerns of the tenants. The new management company has shown several times by neglecting requests that they do not care about customer service. The maintenance staff looks like a group of homeless people and I worry if they are ever in my apartment.
I found evidence of them smoking in my apartment when they were there 3 times for the same complaint.
Every time I complain now, I just go directly to the corporate office.
