I've been living in the complex since April of 2005 and can't wait until the lease is up. Ever since we moved in the water out of the showers does not get warm, it's get's just as warm as you would have the water if you were bathing a baby. And that's it... no warmer. On top of that, there has been a change in management since we moved in and needless to say I think it got worse. One of the women in the office is a pure -----. The downstairs neighbors complain every time we've washed clothes, did the dishes or go to vaccuum, saying we're stomping. Because they are much older with children and my roommate and I are in college they immediately discriminate claiming we're lying.
Security is awful... probably because their is none.
Oh and I don't think the sprinkler system is ever going to be fixed.

No hot showers is definitely not cool. I think this is something that really needs to be taken into consideration by the apartment management. I can't confirm, but being that they have power of authority, I'm sure their showers are running at a luke warm temperature. Warm showers are vital for prevention of catching a cold or pneumonia especially during cold and rainy seasons. If I'm not mistaken, there's an orgnization that researches the quality of the apartments water temperatues, and if they do not comply it can be reported if more than so and so many people are experiencing the same problem. Always remember there's assistance at your finger tips.
