Complaints:
1. The office staff ARE HORRIBLE.
2. There is no security whatsoever for the dropped off mail. I had a VERY EXPENSIVE package delivered and it was kept in an UNLOCKED room. When I went to ask about my package the office b**** told me to go around the corner and get it myself. It was just kept in some room. She never even checked me as I left to make sure I got THE RIGHT package. Anyone could walk in there and take anything they want.
3. The hot water gets turned off for no reason and doesn't get back turned on until late the next day. If you complain to the office staff about it, they treat you like you are a complain idiot. I AM SORRY, BUT YES IT PISSES ME OFF WHEN I PAY $700 A MONTH AND I DON'T EVEN HAVE ANY HOT WATER TO TAKE A SHOWER, YOU DUMB SL***!!!
4. Did I mention how much the office staff sucks'
5. The gates never work. I have been locked outside of my apartment bc my gate key stopped working, along with a lot of other peoples.. and instead of informing us or keeping the gates open.. they treat us like idiots when we ask "why isnt my key working''"
6. the maintence people SUCK. they left their plunger and other crap in my apartment for 2 days.. then i just threw it out in front of my apartment.. they also never NEVER fix anything the first go around.. and it takes forever for them to even fix it
7. the whole area is started to get ghetto
Don't let the pretty pool and front grounds fool you... I thought I was upgrading to these apartments, but I was WRONG.

Sounds like a series of unfortunate events. Maybe bad Karma? J/k... Personally I might be a little urked at something not being fixed the first time around. After all, time is money. And I can see how it would be an issue that the gates would stop working during a time when they are closed. However, technology wouldn't be fully appreciated when it works, if it never malfunctioned. In regards to the mail that was delivered unsecurely. That would be more of a company issue/personal issue. Depending on the company used to deliver the packages, they state in their policy that they aren't responsible if you did not pay extra for secure delivery. The staff in the office are not always on site waiting for a persons personal carriage of package deliveries. Therefore, I would have personally tracked the package during my free time, and confirmed a location (secure location if needed) as to where the delivery personal should attempt to present the package. Of course, my experience previously has been the delivery person at fault for being lazy or in a hurry and with out care for an individuals delivery. |
