When we moved in it was the best ever, a very happy helpful staff, but a month later all the friendy people were booted for new managment which was a total nightmare. There was trash left out all over the place, but it wasn't the trashmans fault, most of the tenants couldn't bother to remember when trash day was. Where our aparment was there was no parking spaces due to broken down cars being park there. It's been 2 weeks since we lived there, thank God we found our perfect house.

I said it once before on a previous comment, I'll say it again. Don't blame the apartment complex for city ordinances failure to perform their duties. Other apartment complexes had the same trash problem as this apartment complex did. So if your main issue is with the garbage... Walk around with a can of fabreeze or a nose plug and send your complaints to the City of Arlington.
