I have lived at the Pavilion for about a year and am looking forward to renewing the lease. There are many improvements going on now. The gym has new fans and the radio and tvs make it more like a Sports Media Center. Just wanted to let you know it is nice.

As a former resident who just moved out 2 weeks ago, I can tell you this person's comment is inaccurate. I lived there for a year and there is indeed a tv in the workout facility. And every single time I went to the gym, which was a lot, the tv was off and locked up with no discernible way to turn it on. Also, there was never a single radio. The only thing Pavilion improved on in the year I lived there, was the disgusting trash issue. It got better in the last couple of months before I left.
