My 9 month lease with The Pavillion is almost up and I'm sad. I have really enjoyed this community. The office staff has been friendly and helpful. Maintenance was ALWAYS prompt..once not even ten minutes after I put in a work order. Never more than a day after. I have never had a problem with parking. Apartments have been kept up nicely and I felt I got a good deal compared to surrounding communities. I recommend living here!
