My husband and I have lived here since May '07 and are SO ready for our agreement to be up at the end of October. The girls in the office are the most unconcerned and uncaring individuals you could ever hope to NEVER meet. The grounds are kept up but what apt. complex doesn't have nice grounds'!'!' they hire that work out to landscapers. The apts themselves are moderately nice but the A/C unit is VERY LACKING! We had to keep ours on 24/7 at 65 degrees to keep the house cool..and the living room was still a furnace! The old A/C's NEED to be REPLACED. Electricity bill was $220 in August! Be forewarned.
