These apartments are falling apart. I do not recommend them unless you really love this area and have to live in an apartment. These are the only affordable apartments in this area with a 3 bedroom. The women in the office often act as though they have better and more important things than to even acknowledge you as you walk into the office. They will raise your rent at least 2% each time you renew your lease. We moved in paying less than $800 and now are half way to paying $900 a month. The water billing is ridiculous, you pay directly to the office even though they can't tell you why the water keeps going up and up. Avg water bill for us is $75 but can get up to $85. Avg Electric bill is about $175 but has gotten up to $300. We have cracks in the walls, window sills, tub, sinks... Our phone wiring is all messed up, the phone company had to rewire one of the bedrooms because of this. If you need something fixed they might fix it. After a few trips. The cracks haven't been repaired because I guess the apartment manager didn't feel they needed to be. We've had a couple of different owners and lots of different staff members. They will draw you in with sweetness, collect your deposit and rent then promptly ignore you after that. We would leave but to where'

NEWEST thing about the Pavilion Apartments. Our water bill just came in due Feb 2008 and it's 93.17! Oh and they are trying to charge an additional $15 "flat rate" for trash pick up at the door. The city of Arlington bills us for trash pickup because they provide and maintain a dumpster in our complex. They charge us about $12 (varies) a month. This is included in our water bill. Now the apartment complex is going to try to charge us for trash as well''' Because they pick it up''' NOT GONNA HAPPEN IN THIS APARTMENT. I will gladly return my "trash company issued (MUST be used) trash can" if I can avoid another $15!!! I'm not too lazy that I can't walk or drive to the dumpster, thank you very much.

One more thing. I just saw the City Inspection score for this apartment complex. 70 out of 100. 70 is passing. Go to the city of Arlington website to see this list.

If you hate it so much, why do you choose to keep renewing your lease? There are other afordable housing options in Arlington, even with 3 bedrooms. If you hate the place so much, MOVE, don't continue to stay and continue to complain. But that is just my humble opinion.

Well, I am gone now, but as I mentioned above I want to stay in this area. As in the same school district. I don't feel this is complaining. It is a review and it is the truth based on my experience.
