Don't Move Here!!!

First of all, number one thing you look for when at apartments is nice management. When I first moved there there was ONE sweet heart that was more than helpful with EVERYTHING. Then she left and all hell broke loose. The only NICE person still there is one of the higher up managers. Her name is ------. And if you don't talk to her then you don't get anything done. ----- has been complained about non stop by me and other tenants (that I have talked to about her) and was yet to be fired. So obviously we have a kiss ass. When I walk in that door you get instant attitude from that lady and she is so rude about everything you need. I got some news for her. She isn't better than anyone and shouldn't act like a teenager. When people walk in you should think of how you can help them or keep them for feeling angry. Instead when people walk in you look like someone just called you names. Or punched you. Oh and don't even bother filling out the paper to give your proper address on where to send your deposit back. They won't send it there because she will misplace it. I'm sure if she just "doesn't like you" she'll throw it away. That's the LEAST of the problems. I stopped dropping things in the drop box or to anyone at the office besides ------. Even if I gave them a LETTER to give to ------ with her name on it... she wouldn't receive it.
NOISE is a huge problem. Now that's depending on who you have above you or below you or whatever... there have been loud drunk people peeing outside on the property and even when reported it continued. Don't even bother telling the office about your neighbors being loud because nothing will be done about it. They will obviously skip over your message and never even call you to let you know they have or haven't done anything. You really need to open your mouth and complain NON STOP to have anything done about it. I suggest going to the front office and talking to them face to face with force. Or drop a letter in the drop box for ------. That is IF she gets it.
Depending on where your apartment IS you are better off having covered parking. You can't have an additional parking space even if you offer to pay for an extra one. They say they can't do anything for that because of city laws. THAT I DON'T have a problem with. What gets annoying is when you have college kids having parties and they have all their friends come over and you come home from work late at night and... you can't park anywhere. And your spouse already has the covered parking. That's something you're going to have to deal with anyways at any apartments. I've had someone's car towed because they parked in my spot... how sad! can they not read'
I do agree about when you renew your lease the rate goes up, in my opinion it should either stay the same or go down a dollar or two. But, you will find that with most apartments. They have to make their money too somehow. I don't know how that all works behind their doors but, I'm sure they have to do that.
Maintenence is nice... maybe they should take over being the managers. Everyone of them that I have met, even the young guys have been so nice, great manners. If you put in a work order or call for an emergency they are on top of it all. They are wonderful.
The inside of these apartment are alright, you get what you pay for and then some at least. The outside isn't so perfect but I mean, you get a large floor plan for a great price. If you want to move here that is YOUR choice. I don't recommend them to anyone because of the office staff. Maybe if they did a better job at being nice then more people would come in there. I've been to other apartments around there and an astounding amount of people have left and leased with someone else saying they are so happy to be out of their lease because... management. I personally would have stayed if they would have been more bubbly and not been such jerks. If management wants some advice you don't need a whole new staff. Sometimes just ONE person can ruin it for ya. Especially when you walk in the door and you get instant attitude... would YOU guys lease or stay in your lease if you got talked to like that' I think not.

Right on! Perfect review. I lived there for 4 years and finally had to leave, take a smaller apartment just to get away and stay in the same area. I don't miss ----- or the rest one bit.

Has anyone of you ever sat and talked to -----? Does anyone of you know her? If so you would know she is a very kind, sweet person. Maybe the times you have come in there she has been stressed or maybe you tried to cuss her out or raise your voice at her. I have witnessed this first hand being in the office and someone coming yelling and screaming at her. And the manager you guys are talking about was sitting in her office and doing nothing about it. ----- had to handle all on her own, I am pretty sure if this has happened to you, you can understand why she looks frustrated. And for the one that said about the two idiots that sit up in front, they actually know what they are doing. One is new to the office so she might not know what all is suppose to be done.

The reason I have a problem with the front is because they gladly take my money but when I have a problem or concern they aren't even courteous enough to return a phone call. And I'm sorry but I don't really care that they are short staffed, taking care of residents is their JOB. Same with dealing with disgruntle and upset residents that come into the office cussing and screaming. I'm sure the reason they're short staffed is because they treat employees the same as they treat their residents.

I personally like the manager all you ppl are talking crap about! She's always been nice to me bc I don't go up there cussing at her if I have an issue. The other manager is nice too. I think you ppl just have issues and go about it the wrong way. Take another approach to the situation and maybe you'll get a different result!

You sound like a busy -body that's always at the office complaining about stuff. Of course you are going to get attitude. They are sick of you. I don't live there or know any of you folks, but this is my opinion from reading everything.

let me tell you something did it ever come to mind that you was a bad resident and that you was the rude one to the girls in the office and about the noise sweetie thats in any apartment complex that even happen where people build houses stupid. The girls in the office are galdly to help you but you have to understand they dont have an answer for everything thats why they have a manager. The covered parking at least you get one that you dont have to pay for you should just be happy and take what you get and I see why some of the staff in the office didnt like you and always gave you a attitude. I would to
