I love it here. I've been here for about a full year now, and I have no complaints. None. The area is safe and lovely, there's covered parking and the gates are never broken, unlike some other apartments I could mention *coughSpringFieldCrossingcough*.
I've had a good amount of experience with both the office staff and the maintenance people and they've both been pleasant. A few months ago my heater went out, and they came over right before quitting time and stayed for hours replacing the entire unit piece by piece -- and they never even grumbled!
The office staff is friendly and helpful, especially Rosie. They always have an answer and I never feel like I'm getting glossed over or BS'ed. Most of them live here too, so they really are on your side.
Most of the other residents are very pleasant also, and you feel safe, unlike other apartments I could mention. I never feel worried or nervous going down to the mailboxes alone.
They spend a lot of time and effort on the upkeep of this place, and it's REAL upkeep, not just a splash of paint and call it a day. My only complaint is that there tends to be at least one washer or dyer unit down at any time, but with all the work they get, no wonder! And management is always a step ahead, working to get them repaired or replaced.
Also, the valet trash is really awesome. I do NOT miss dragging bags to the dumpster.

The gates are ALWAYS broken. And the apartments currently look like trash,walk thru at any hour and see for yourself, trash bage on patios/balconires,barbeques in entry ways and only one of the two pools are open for the summer...which means one pool area for 500 units to share, a bit crowded and very unsafe,especially for small children.
