When my husband and I saw the apt. we knew we had to move here. Its beautiful. Huge kitchen and bathroom, washer and dryer, fireplace, and ceiling fans. The apt was pretty clean upon moving in. Sometimes the neighbors get loud but, I never feel unsafe. Everyone looks out for everyone. If there is a problem it gets fixed quickly with little hassle. The rent is reasonably priced. Good for people like my husband and I who are just starting our life together. And no roaches! :) Thats rare these days. I love my apt and I feel safe and happy.
