1. Execellent maintanence.
2. Safe place to live.
3. Management is bit hard to access but friendly and evetually they return your calls in reasonable amount of time.
4. Close to conveinence store, Pizza place, Gas Station and Turning Point High School.
5. Nice Neigborhood and friendly.
