Pepper Mill Apartments

Quiet and comfortable From: collegehoney Date posted: 1/12/2004 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002   Peppermill is not extravagant...it's more of a quiet, small complex for people looking for their first apartments. Complex grounds are kept clean, laundry room is small but clean. The apartments are old, but liveable. I did not occur any insect problems. My advise, do not get a loft because it is really hot during summer months. The one-bedroom flat is much more comfortable. Electric fill for a one-bedroom is $60/month on average. I did not have any major problems with management. If you do want something replaced in your apartment, it does take a few times before they come and do it, but there is only a one-person maintenance crew. Parking availability is excellent.
