Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
I lived here for one school year and it was my favorite apartment I've had. The management was friendly and helpful for the most part. Sometimes I had to ask more than once to get a problem fixed, but other times I didn't. Compared to the apartment I'm in now I would much prefer peppermill. I had the 1 BR loft, and it was hot sometimes but my electric bill was never over $70, even in August. I was able to park right next to my apartment, it was a short walk to the dumpster and laundry and mail rooms and UTA.
