Pepper Mill Apartments

HOT!!! From: mokojojo Date posted: 6/10/2005 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005   If you're a broke student, this place *might* be worth the money. But be prepared to be horribly HOT if you choose the loft apartment. And I mean hot! Expect to spend quite a bit on the electric bill, because you'll be using the AC plus as many fans as you can find. I ended up moving my bed downstairs to be close to the window unit AC. The apartment is very "motel'ish", but they fix what needs to be fixed... as cheaply as they can. If you can afford it, check out the apartment complex next door.. they have a real AC, and the units are larger. Never heard of any break in's or anything. The place seems pretty safe, probably because it's so close to UTA. Usually quiet. Never had any problems with the laundry room. Avoid renting a unit near the pool. Never had a problem with parking.
