Pepper Mill Apartments

Not too bad, just hot From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 8/22/2005 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005   This place is quiet and nice. The bugs are pretty bad, but they spray pretty often to keep them to a minimum. The manager is really nice and it good about maintence. Whatever you do, dont get one of the lofts because these have a window-type air conditioner and it is REALLY, REALLY HOT upstairs which is where the bedroom is. Unless you like to sleep in your own sweat, dont get one of these. You CAN keep it on the cooler side, but your electric bill will be around $130-150 bucks a month. Gotta love Texas weather... Other then that, i have liked it here.
