I am a current resident. I have been living here over 5 years and management have always been helpful to me. There is 24 hours emergency maintenance and now they started offering free high speed wireless internet to residents and I'm loving it. It's a quiet place. Now with the free internet life here is even better. To me the best part is to be able to walk to UTA. I don't have to drive to school or get a parking permit. As a student, I am very happy here. I like the management and the maintenance guy is cool, too. If you are looking for a place, I would recommend Peppermill Apartments.

Hi Junioratuta, my boyfriend and I are looking for an apartment near UTA for his sake. What else can you tell us about Pepper Mill Apartments...do you feel safe, parking, is it clean, are your bills high etc. Thank you! :)

This is a very quiet community, feels like home. It's very different, compared to other apartments around us, Peppermill is definitely the right choice. Personally I feel safe. Very good people living at the property, so you can make good friends. Very clean, we pay electric bill, mine is around $80 a month. Again, your usage determines how much you pay. I suggest you to visit the property, let the manager show you around, then you decide. I have been here all those years and I am very happy here. Good luck on your apartment search.
