I am the property manager. Previous person works for an apartment complex. She called me to learn about our apartments so she can make changes on her property. She refused to give me the name of the apartment complex she is working for. This is not a professional thing to come here and badmouth a property.

Here we take things seriously. I take care of every single person lives here, calls here or stops by here. I listen and help. From computer problems to maintenance, I make sure everybody is helped as soon as possible.

Almost all residents here have been renewing their leases. They are happy. I make sure Peppermill Apartments is a good place to live and call home.

If you want a good place to live this is it.
If you want 24 hours emergency maintenance, we have it. Even regular maintenance done within the same day or in a few hours if possible.
If you want free high speed wireless internet, we have it.
If you want clean and quiet property, we have it.
If you want daily maintained laundry room with 6 washers and 6 driers, we have it.
If you want nice and clean swimming pool, we have it. (Pool is for our residents only.)
If you want plenty of parking space we have it.
If you want to walk to UTA, we are that close.
If you need to talk to or meet with a staff after hours, we are available: by walk, phone call, e-mail or a simple written note.

I have never been offered FREE INTERNET anywhere before!!! this is an awesome, quiet, very friendly, family place. i save so much gas walking to school everyday.
