Nice, clean, comfortable place to live

I have lived at Peppermill Apartments since 2008. The apartment manager is a very nice and friendly person. The apartments are clean, well maintained and the required maintenance is done promptly on time. I have experienced no problems at all since living here. In terms of safety these apartments are the safest on Benge Drive. Soon, the apartments will be turned into a gated community which makes it even more safe. The biggest advantage for me was the proximity to UTA campus. Overall, its a safe and comfortable place to live in and i would highly recommend it.
