overall it is ok i guess. lately though i am just ready to move. like someone else said, everything is held together with paint--and the paint is coming off. When i moved in, everything looked great, but 3 years later it is all just coming apart.
Maintenance/repair is crappy. We've been through 3 sets of managers since I've been here and 5 or 6 sets of maintenance men. The pool is hardly ever open (though they completely gutted it this summer, so maybe next summer will be better). Some people complain about crime, but the crime stats show only ten visits by the police in the last 3 months (including domestic violence and serving warrants). I don't see any illegal stuff except occasional pot use--but then I stay in the house a good deal of the time.
Overall, I would say go for it if you plan on staying to yourself, but get an apartment near the office, not near the the side or back parking lots.
