I've only been a tenant for 3 months and want to leave already! The first day I moved there, I noticed an ant problem and called them about it repeatedly. I get no response and not only does the ant problem get worse, I start to get roaches.... Pest control claimed to fix the problem, but it wasn't until I bought my own traps that problem went away..... my entire apartment smells like cigarette smoke, and neither me or my roommate smokes... maintainence is horrible; if and when they do come, they NEVER have any tools with them to fix the problem... if you're thinking about renting here, run far far away!!
