Hello I have been at Pineridge for 2.5 yrs now and before we had a few issues the new staff and management company have been working diligently to overcome all the things that prior management companies overlooked as for silpilk it seems to me you have a grudge and maybe you should look at yourself and see what the real problem is. I have never dealt with the office staff and was made to feel as if they didn't care in fact they went above and beyond what was needed to make me happy. I guess every situation is different but before you decide not lease with pineridge I suggest you make that decision by visiting the community and getting to know the office staff looking at the things they have done to make a better place. And by all means check your local Police Departments website to compare crime statistics with others complexes in the area you are seeking to live in no matter where it is!

Thanks for the information I know in the past things were not so good there but I recently looked into getting an apartment and my final choice was this one I simply love the layout of the studio style 2 bdrm, if it wern't for this review I would have never taken a a look at this place.

You are very welcome like I always say you should never take much into consideration on these reviews(Negative ones) always check for yourself you never know what kind of ill grudge people maybe harboring for whatever reason!!! I mean some of the things I have read are just plain rediculous.

Mine (silkpilk) was an honest response based on fact and true concern. You can spend your time speculating about me (as if it's a personal vendetta) or, if you're serious, can write your own review based on fact and your own experience. If you are happy there, God bless. I was not. It was worth all my savings to get out of there. It's true. If you are considering Pineridge please spend some time on the property and talking to tenants before signing your lease. Either way, you will be glad you did.
