The face lift they are talking about is replacing railroad-tie borders with bricks, mowing the grass, adding landscaping in front of the office... and eventually a paint job. You can see the place hasn't been painted in at least 15 years. The staff and "new management" are not helpful at all, and have been degrading to their tenants. They have been seen walking the property arguing with residents, and having yelling matches from the office. The office has had their electricity cut off, along with the laundry room, and our security (breezeway) lighting, several times. The pool is always closed during the summer due to either the electicity being cut off that runs the pump, or them just failing to maintain the chemical levels. The flooring in many of the units are very weak and flimsy. The structure of the walls - well you can hear everything that all of your neighbors are doing, including their phone conversations. The washer/dryer connections are only for stackable units.

Well in response to this very negative review I must say I have been a resident at Pinerigde for many years now and yes there have been some issues, however the new company is doing everything in their power to reverse all our opinions about Pineridge and they are doing a wonderful job, as far as the paint perhaps you should come through now and you will see that the buildings are in fact being painted, everyone who knows anything about rennovations would know that you have to start on the inside and work your way out which is what the new company is doing. The staff has never once been degrading to me in fact they are the best we have had in a while and they go above and beyond the call of duty on many issues. I think that at the end of the day a person should simply go by and check things out for themselves. Afterall this is a new company and they should not be blamed for past neglect.
