Living here was pretty much a beating. My neighbor was some old dude who would stop me and talk my ear off everytime I walked buy. He was not a bad guy, but sometimes I just wanted to be left alone and he would drive me nuts. It is all bills paid BUT YOU HAVE NO CONTROL OVER THE AC!!! During the summer our AC went out and for about a week it was dangerously hot. The manager was a tough old broad who's bark was worse than her bite. She was not pleasant to deal with, but would help you out if she could...once. The parking was cramped, it could be noisy and before I left was turning pretty ghetto. Oh and the bathroom was nasty the shower was tiny... Only live there if you are desperate to live close to UTA. On the up side I did not personally have problems with crime, although some of my neighbors had their cars broken into, minor maintance requests were handled pretty quickly, the lofts were kind of neat, almost like being in a treehouse. (I had to pretend something was fun about living there.)
