These apartments are not bad at all for being so close to the university. I have seen some pretty bad ones when I was looking, and this was the best I could find. I read some of these bad reviews and some of them don't make sense. $50 for water' My last water bill was $14. Those people must not be responsible about their water! Appliances like refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, and oven are all included. The AC is controllable with a thermostat and fan speed control. THe upstairs gets a little warm in the daytime/evening heat, but I think that is just because the sun is right at our windows. The bathroom is normal size upstairs with a good sized shower, and the .5 bath downstairs is perfect for guests and quick access.

Yeah? What about the rising rates? They recently cut down all the trees ( I know they needed to) and the um 'prettiness' I suppose.. is gone. Yeah water keeps going up because of rates, but the temp is never steady. What about the bugs? We clean, and spray, and clean to no avail. And no it is not "somewhat cool" in the summertime. These are old apts and are hot as hell. Freezing in the winter. A/C is constantly breaking and we are always calling the maint. staff to fix it. As it stands, the thermostat does not work in the winter, just runs air...no heat. Sure you get what you pay for but the rent is up $100 since we first moved in. I will say Lucy is nice, and we generally do not have problems with most of the tenets. Some loud college kids, but yeah, we are right next to uta. It IS spacious, but they need to renovate them badly. Miss the trees.
