My girlfriend and I moved into these apartments because of it's location close to UTA and its low rent. We really liked the layout of the loft style one bedroom, and the size was decent. We quickly realized that that was all we liked. The 2nd day after i moved in, my car got broken into, along with several other cars, this made me feel real safe. The apartments could use a serious make-over, along with all new staff. Possible even a complete tear-down and rebuild. We had constant problems with maintenance from day one. If the maintenance guy even bothered to show up for repairs, often times, he would have an excuse for not fixing the problem or just rig it to work for the time being. ROACHES!!! I kept my place clean but could not get rid of the roaches. I think they were coming from a neighbor, but lots of them. The manager may seem nice, but can be quite rude and very incompetent. When complaining about the maintenance, she only made excuses and never resolutions. Also, several of my friends cars were broken into while parked in front of my apartment. To add to that the pine trees that used to adorn the complex constantly spilled sap all over my car, and that stuff is hard to get off and ruins paint. They removed the trees the day before I moved out. One more thing, I spoke to a new tenant just before I ended my lease and she and her family had pre-existing bed bugs in their unit!
