This was the very first apartments form my now husband and I. We thought they would be great because of the location to the school and the price was very good for the space. I agree with most of the reviews we experianced 2 of the apartment managers and both women were very unprofessional and generally a pain.

Our cars were broken into, we had several grounds and apartment upkeep issues, there were roaches all over the place. Also I cleaned the apartment from top to bottom and they still tried to short me by 200.00. Had I not kept excellent records of my deposit they would have not refunded the correct amount.

Believe it or not when I finally got them to release the remaining amount of my deposit after proving to them the amount I had to put down I had to go to a parts shop located off of like collins and park row to get it.

Yes the water bill was ridiculous!!!!!! The only benifit was that we were able to save money to purchase a house in South Arlington and my water bill even with watering our yard had not reached the amount we paid in our tiny apartment.

I have 4 years worth of horrible stories but I would just say stay away.
