This apartment complex is real old. I really didnt have many issues when I was living there, but when I moved out I left a couple of items behind, (dumbell, bottle of fabuloso, 2 pics on the wall). They seen that as not abiding by the lease and had a whole bunch of charges against me. I never reason notice of these charges and within of month of me moving 11/07)it was already on my credit report(12,07). I never received any notice and when I called the apt. complex they said they sent me a notice, but I believe that to be untrue. Now my credit report shows me owing Place on the Park $352.00. Which they will NEVER get from me since they were so fast to collect instead of trying to contact me.
