i've lived here a year and everything has been great for me. my neighbors are friendly and helpful even though they speak spanish because most of the complex is hispanic. management is nice and helpful. i like it here. I'm moving out because there is a roach problem in the plumbing but other than that this was a nice apt for the time i've been here.
