We lived throught the management with an iron fist. She was extorting money and messing you over with your deposit. They still do. I moved in and the place had pills in the closet, fingernail clippings on the floor, it was nasty. We've only stayed there as long as we did because of the economy and also because we were having a house built in 2003. I hope we get our deposit back, because if they do not (due to all of the work I had to do cleaning it before moving in), they are going to have heck to pay. There are ill-behave, unsupervised ghetto children, out past curfew (the apt complex has a curfew of 8 for kids, 10 for adults), and they are always making noise and just being completely rude. I guess they learn from their ghetto parents. Lots of break ins to cars. I'm glad we don't live on the 1st floor, because their is a peeping tom, that looks in 1st floor windows, and their is a sex offender that lives in the apartment complex across the steet (Van Buren St).
