These apartments are currently run by a manager who rules with an iron fist. She keeps the grounds clean, mowed and the pool clean. The landscaping is nothing to be proud of however. All in all The Pointe is a good deal for the money even if some of the neighbors are questionable. It is not uncommon to see the Tarrant County Sheriff's Office posting a summons on someone's door for non payment of rent. Also, if you are three days late with the rent expect and eviction notice from the managment. In fact you will get all sorts of notices from managment that they "have to put on your door when the computer spits them out" even if you are a model tenant.
