Then I suggest you look elsewhere. I have lived here for 4 months of our (supposedly) 6 month lease and have nothing nice to say about this place. First of all, our 6 month lease is really 7 and a half months, but since we missed that when we signed the lease we can't get out of it.

They love to add hidden charges onto your rent and charge you when you move out for trashing your apartment even if you didn't, so I'd take pictures of the apartment both at move-in and move-out so they can't stick you with anything.

Maintenance has been out twice to fix my washing machine, but it is still broken. I will grant them, however, that they have been prompt for all my maintenance requests and they are VERY nice and understanding. Good guys.

The air-conditioning does not distribute evenly throughout the apartment, so you have to sleep with your door open or in an 8 hour period the room can get to about 85 degrees, even with the rest of the apartment at 73. Electric bills in the summer are UNGODLY. We live in a 2/2 and in August our bill was $208 for 913 square ft.

Parking is miserable and burglary is a daily occurrance. A woman was robbed at gunpoint in the complex in June, but nothing was done about it. Crime is on the increase, I suggest you check the arlingtonpd.org website and pull up the crime stats before moving in.

I could keep going for hours, but the bottom line is, you'd do better to spend this time looking elsewhere for an apartment.
