Poorly Maintained Air Conditioner

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2003
 
We had to move out of the apartment because the air conditioner was broken and they would not fix it. Our electric bills were $275 and it was 80 degrees in our apartment. We were forced to move out without permission of management although the lease agreement requires them to fix the air conditioner. We did everything required by the lease agreement and they did not. odusyNYCcZ7yL3Bj5JtG
