close to i-30
central location
quiet complex
nice neighbors
washer and dryer in apartment
cons:
crime is getting pretty bad in the area i suggest having an alarm in your car if you decided this is the place for you
small pools
fitness center is only open from 9-6
the a/c in my apartmnet has had to be fixed 4
