All the management cares about is getting your money. They added an extra month to our 6 month lease while telling us we were getting a month free, so they would still get 6 months worth of rent. They want 2 months written notice before you can get out of the lease or it automatically renews. One of our neighbors tried to sell us Pot and Meth. Getting repair man is like pulling teeth and when he does come he doesn't know what he's doing, I finally gave up and just fixed things myself. There's never parking at night, especially on the weekends, usually had to park 2 buildings away from my apartment if I got home after 4pm. It took 2 months to get the management to tow an abandon vehicle with tags and inspection from 2002. The buildings are very obviously old and worn externally. My roommate nearly broke his leg when the exercise room treadmill shut off at full speed. The sidewalks and streets flood everytime the sprinkler system comes on because of all the broken heads. DO NOT RENT HERE!!!
