I lived here several years ago and it was nice. About a year ago I moved back in and thats when I realized that things had changed. I have had several thousand dollars worth of tools stolen out of my truck and tool boxes and from what I hear I am not the only one this has happened to. The staff is not the brightest bunch in the world and the maintenance doesnt really do anything but pick up trash. They are in the process of repainting the exterior of the buildings. After the new paint was applied about a week ago it began peeling off in huge sheets. Not one single person has cleaned up the mess but they sure dont hesitate to increase the rent. My water bill started out at about $2.50 a month for the first few months then jumped to about $30.00 a month. I have called for a new air filter several times only to get broken promises. They just dropped of a letter telling me that my rent was going to increase to $560.00 at renewal. I am scared to let my wife go outside at night because of the trash that lives here. If I were you I would keep looking.

I often saw my neighbor leave tools and equipment in the flatbed of his pickup truck a few months ago. When he complained that stuff was stolen I was sympathetic but it sure wasn't Polo Run's fault!
