well some people might get there stuff fixed if your the right color now. this place is soo ghetto the manager now doesnt know anything does, she even know how to be a manager' the grounds are always pickd up and the staff like leaseing agents r nice but like i said the manger dnt know her --- to her head. they had a nice manger but i dont know what happend she knew better than this other lady.. im ready to move out asap.

The previos manager did such a great job that they moved her to marketing BECAUSE she was making everyone else in the company look bad. So now we have "Manny" in the office as a "manager" and she could care less about helping anyone but herself. she has the front office staff do her job for her and they eventually end up fixing what she screws up to begin with. I will be moving out myself after several years here as a great tenent SPECIFICALLY because of how she has recently treated me and spoken to me. No one talks to me like I am a problem tenent when I have looked out for my community as I have an doesn't have consequences come their way as a result of it.
