Neighbors are nice. The grounds are cleaned up every morning.Work orders are completed promptly. I have lived here for 5 years and not many problems.Oh yeah, the individual who had their wheels stolen... That was determinded to be insurance fraud committed by the resident.It was a better property when Jefforson managed it but it has indeed gotten better!
