Have been here since it opened under the property Jefforson in the Park.Archon group bought it out a little later.Quality of the office staff reduced as soon as changed over to Providence.Slowly but surely, the property has continued its slow decline into mediocrity.I was in a 2 bedroom almost 5 years and had to pay to have the carpet replaced when moved to one bedroom.Was able to complain to corporate and lower the amount owed but since has left a bad taste in my mouth.Great location and the grounds are generally clean.Residents have many pets who crap all over property.Do NOT take children between buildings as you will be stepping through a mine fiend of poop.Quality of residents has declined.Younger crowd who like to drive through complex at all hours bumping their stereos.Young men cat call from balconys at moms, young single women and older women.Work out facility is nautilus only and is often broken and remains broken for long periods of time without being fixed.Does work on keeping tenants entertained with many community picnics and such.Rims being stolen'Happens since lots of 17inch rims with tires and booming stereo systems.Parks mall is ok in the afternoon.Stay away in evening.Gangs and ghetto people like to hang out there at night.Confirmed with ARlington police dept that mall is place for gang activity, drugs and fights.Nicer mall tenants have moved out and becoming more like Fiesta mall off 360.Arlington is pretty much crap.Moving to Uptown at end of lease.Bryson property is nice.
