Sucks From: DvlGoddess20 Date posted: 1/27/2005 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003   Ok well everything was great until our roommate tried to kill our son. Yes its true. So CPS ordered us to move out. We were only 3 months from our lease being up anyway. When we told the apartments that they told us we would still be responsible the lease. I showed them the paper CPS gave us ordering us to move out and they didnt care. My sons life was in danger and they didnt care. So now I cant rent another apartment because they charged me for the remaining 3 months rent plus penalty for breaking lease. So now I owe them 5,400 dollars or so they say. This complex will screw you over in a heart beat DONT LIVE HERE.
