bigjohnt lives at 3 places at once. Check out Rock Ridge Ranch and Franciscan. He lives at 3 places at once???? How reliable is this sight? Don't count on it apartment seekers. It is a big joke and forum for people who need to get a life.

While i agree that bigjohnt is a joke this website is not. It has been an invaluable asset to me recently. I personally had horrible experiences at my old complex and people truly needed to know what they were getting into. I am new to Providence so we will see how it goes but I fully support this website because bad things happen all the time that people NEED to know. If you have a better suggestion then go for it.

hmmmmm industryprofessional, you know this is the loudest place of all because you all throu most of parties!!!!! i lived there for a year and complained of the noise, you all do nothing about it at all!!! all you do is make up crap to make it thru the day, he's not the only one to complain on the noise
