For the money, you should be getting a lot more

The apt. was in slapped together condition when we moved in and it took a month to get all issues fixed. It's a beautiful floorplan, but it's terribly noisy on the east side of the complex due to car racing on Fielder.
No security and lots of car theft. The guy downstairs found all his tires gone from his pickup.
Management does nothing about noisy neighbors. Expected better construction and therefor less sound from next door because it was once a Jefferson Property, but I guess they had cheaper builders here in Arlington. Fortunatly, we have nice neighbors that change noisy habits when you ask. Not so for some other folks I've talked to here. Once you sign the lease, it's your problem.
DSL is not available and the cable modem that is offered by a 'partner', bbnow.com, with the apt. management company is outrageously overpriced. 128K for $39, 512K for $59, 'maybe' 1mg for $89 (by the way, no cable tv comes with that hefty price)
They do fix things proptly though. I'll give them that.
For the money, $$$$, I expected less noise and less crime and better construction. We won't renew our lease.
