I lived at providence in the park for 12 HORRIBLE months!! I turned in several maintance requests that were never taken care of. When the maintance staff did come to attend to one of my compliants two bottles of wine were taken and my carpet was left with stains all throughout the apartment. I told the management and was assured that the wine would be returned and the carpet fixed. Needless to say the wine was never returned and upon move out I was charged $400 for carpet cleaning and $500 for carpet replacement!!! what kind of sence does that make. You clean up the mess that your maintance made and then say thats not good enough and replace it. Now i am in a battle to get these charges removed from my credit with no help from the compex. Thanks to the worst complex in DFW!!!

This testimony is false. Carpet cleanings are never $400. If the carpet is that bad, it will be replaced. If the carpet is replaced, the resident is not charged a carpet clean AND a carpet replacement. It is either one or the other but NEVER both. Also, maintenance works very very hard and they do not keep thier jobs by stealing things out of apartmnets. Who knows a maintenance man that drink wine anyway? One final thing, if this person is so upset for what happened, why did it take them a whole year from 2004 to 2005 to post this review? Please do not beleive everything you hear, visit the property and see for yourself.

I don't work here but I do know all the maintenance guys that have been working there the past 2 years, soooooooooo I KNOW they don't drink wine and would NEVER steal it from a resident and risk losing their jobs, they can surely buy it themselves since they are well over 21. This accusation happened to the poor old maintenance guy at my apartment who doesn't even drink!! I know people have problems sometimes when living in apartments, I sure do, but there is no reason to be immature and make up lies. Also, to the idiot before me, if it was true then why would they care if someone knew who they were, especially if they don't live there anymore??
