DO NOT EVER MOVE INTO PROVIDENCE IN THE DARK!!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/4/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   this was the WORST renting experience we have EVER had!! The staff is nothing but air headed young bimbos who act like they are too good to help awnser your questions. Maintence requests at times took up to 3 weeks to 3 months, or were completely ignored no matter how much we called. The garbage disposal sounded like a Tazzmanian Devil on rabies. And no matter how much pine sol we used, the sink had a foul smell, much like the grounds around the aparments from the overwhelming amount of dog poop which lazy 20 something residents walking their dogs were too lazy, incosiderate, or drunk to pick up. Also on the first day we moved in to our apartment there were marks on the walls and places where paint was missing. When we expressed our concerns to the office, one of the bimbos said she wouldn't fix it, but may give us some touch up paint ourselves, which we never actually got. Overall our stay at providence was a total dissapointment. So much so that we terminated our lease early. And to make matters even worse, the complex reported on our credit report that we were asked to leave by management AND that we were evicted. COMPLETE B.S. WHEN WE DID EVERYTHING THAT THEY ASKED US TO DO IF WE EVER TERMINATED OUR LEASE WHICH WAS GIVE a 60 FREAKIN DAY NOTICE AND PAY BACK ALL OUR DISCOUNT AND ANOTHER MONTHS RENT. EVEN AFTER WE DID ALL THAT THEY HAD THE NERVE TO GIVE US THESE PROBLEMS WHEN ME AND My LOVELY GIRLFRIEND TRIED TO GET A NEW PLACE! DO NOT LIVE HERE!! YOU WILL REGRET IT AND BE OUT OF POcKET MUCH MORE THAN YOU EVER REALIZED. x-2PE3sjUIIeetAHoKOk
