Well if you were watching the news tonight on Fox 4 you will have realized that this apartment complex let the largest Motorcycle Drug Ring rent one of their unit's. This apartment complex has also had a lot of break-ins where they smash the doors in. This happens alot on the first floors were some of the Doors are hidden from plain sight. Below is the posted story about the Drug Ring.
A Tarrant County constable who followed a reckless motorcycle rider ended up finding a lot of drugs. Investigators say the constable may have stumbled onto a biker drug ring that police have been after for a long time. FOX 4's Brandon Todd has the story.

Not every criminal has a record. Sad to say, but every criminal has to start somewhere, so who knows if this guy had a record before he moved into the complex.
Also, you are going to have break-ins at any apartment complex, especially on the first floor. If you can find an apartment complex that has not had a break-in, props to you.
