I loved this apartment complex! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/24/2008 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006   I just have to step in here and write something nice about this apartment. I read some pretty crazy reviews like about the drug ring and the office staff. I do not live in this apartment complex anymore, but miss it every day! I had to move because of my job. I absolutely loved living here. It was the first place I had ever lived at on my own, and living by myself, I was very afraid of how safe it was going to be. Well I had nothing to worry about. It was the safest place I have every lived. There was plenty of lighting and I felt safe walking outside at all times of night by myself. I even lived on the first floor and was never scared. The apartment grounds are very clean. I never found trash or dog poop lying around. The maintenance might take a day or two to come out, but they would come and fix everything and were great people. They have community activities and after I moved in, the person in charge of the activities approached me about joining in the softball team. I did and met so many great residents in that complex. The office staff was outstanding. If anyone thinks they are rude, they must not have lived at any other apartments because it is the only place that I never had problems with the staff. They not once raised the rent on me, and after 4 years, finally raised the rent on my friend who still lives there, but only by $20. The only complaint that I ever had was that the gate was broken a lot but it was from people actually getting out of their car and pushing the gate open. They were not the quickest at fixing that, but that is the only thing I can complain about. I loved this place and it will always be my favorite apartment complex. I highly recommend this complex to anyone. The location is great except for Christmas time, but there are ways you can get around the traffic. You are close to everything! I love it!
